It reaches our office inbox straight away. We reply within one working day. Enquiries that arrive at night or on Sunday are answered when the office reopens. We confirm what you need, ask two or three questions, and then arrange a viewing in person or a written estimate — whichever suits your case. If you live abroad, we walk the property for you on a live video call instead.
No. An enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A fee only applies once you ask us to act for you — a sale or purchase commission, a planning assignment, a construction contract or a property management arrangement — and every figure is agreed in writing before any work begins.
We cover Rawalpindi, Islamabad and the surrounding districts — Taxila, Wah Cantt, Attock, Murree and the Galiyat, the GT Road and M-2 Motorway corridors, the New Islamabad International Airport corridor, Kahuta Road and Fateh Jang Road. If your property sits further out, tell us anyway: we will either help, or say plainly that it is outside the ground we know.
Yes. Video viewings, verified paperwork checks, power-of-attorney guidance, secure payment and transfer guidance, construction progress reports with photos and video, and rent collection on your behalf are all handled without you flying back. Appointments are booked around your time zone.
